To apply for a commission please email the following information:

Your name, your paypal address for invoicing, the style (Lineart/Flat Colour/Shaded/Painted) of your commission, the content (Bust/Waist/Full-Body) of your commission and your commission specifications (i.e. character(s), dimensions, scenery, etc). I will then be in touch to tell you the final costs and send an invoice upon your acceptance.

Full Payment is required before starting work and I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency. By paying you agree to the full terms and conditions stated on your invoice.

My timezone is GMT/BST and my work hours are 9am-5pm monday-friday so please be aware of this when communicating and/or working with me. I aim to reply to emails within 2 working days. If you have not received a reply within that timescale please resend your message!

I provide regular updates of your commission at various stages of progress for any alterations. Please be mindful of major changes requested at late stages as extra charges may apply.

The finished commission will sent to you as a 300dpi RGB .JPG file unless another format is requested however I will not provide the .PSD or .CLIP with layers.

All commissions are for personal use by default, commercial rates (e.g. for professional youtube/twitch banners/merchandise) have different rates applied for usage. Get in touch if you have commercial projects in mind!

Artwork used as an icon/banner on personal social media accounts requires a credit to me anywhere it is used. You may post the artwork yourself as a standalone post on social media as long as credit is provided.

Commissioned artwork remains under my copyright and I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media/portfolio unless specifically asked not to, which I am happy to accommodate (e.g. it's a birthday gift or simply private)!

These are digital commissions however the client may print physical copies of the commission for personal use only, absolutely not for resale or profit in any way.

Commissioners are NOT to use any artwork I create for any AI modelling or datasets for machine learning. No NFT minting of artwork I produce is permitted under any circumstances.

I do not provide refunds so please think carefully before commissioning.

In the unlikely event I have to cancel a commission before starting it any money that has been paid will be sent back to the client. Partial completion of the commission may involve a partial reimbursement.
